Why We Built This Site
Public court information is useful only when it is tied to the right source. Cassidy L. Cantrell's Circuit Court Clerk office maintains Circuit and General Sessions records, while Myra Mara's Clerk and Master office handles Chancery matters. City courts have their own paths. We assembled the verified contacts, local number formats, search controls, docket folders, and request options so a reader can distinguish a setting list from the official case file.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Warren County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the county system
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Tennessee court or government office. Its role stops at routing and general explanation:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, fees, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set provider prices or determine what their databases return. Official Warren County records still come from the court or clerk.
