Find Warren County Court Dates

Start your Warren County court calendar hunt with the right division, because dates live in separate places depending on the case. The Circuit Court and General Sessions Court clerks keep the official settings. A dated court docket PDF for your division is the strongest online option, and a quick call to the clerk settles any doubt. The local online records search works for finding a case, though it is not built for date lookups. Confirm anything that conflicts.

The Warren County Court Calendar

There is no single named calendar app in Warren County. The official Circuit Court page points to separate Dropbox folders instead. Five dockets live there: Circuit Civil, Circuit Criminal, General Sessions Civil, General Sessions Criminal, and Traffic. Each dated PDF lists the settings for one court session. It is not a full case file. The LGC Online Court Records System can find a case by party, year, number, court type, and case type. But its public form offers no setting-date field.

Pick the right stream before you search. Major civil matters, criminal matters, domestic matters, and General Sessions appeals go to Circuit Court. General Sessions runs civil, criminal, juvenile, and traffic sessions. Chancery is separate and sits with the Clerk and Master. A city citation may belong in municipal court. Guess wrong, and a Warren County court date can seem to vanish.

A daily sheet and the full clerk file answer different questions. The sheet tells you a motion, arraignment, trial, or civil hearing is set. It does not prove the event happened, list every filing, or state the judgment. For an outcome, ask for the later minute entry, order, disposition, or other specific record. Before an appearance, verify the newest date. Confirm where to report with the office in charge of the docket.

Warren County's Weekly Court Rhythm

The official General Sessions Court page lays out a simple weekly rhythm. Civil business runs Monday. Criminal court takes Tuesday, juvenile court Wednesday, and traffic plus criminal matters Thursday. That pattern helps you pick the right folder. Still, the date-specific docket governs, since holidays, resets, and orders can move any single setting.

Monday: General Sessions civil business.

Tuesday: General Sessions criminal matters.

Wednesday: Juvenile Court, where access is restricted by law and court rules.

Thursday: Traffic and criminal sessions.

Keep in mind the pattern covers General Sessions only. It says nothing about Circuit Civil, Circuit Criminal, Chancery, municipal, appellate, or federal settings.

How to Find Your Court Date

When the date truly matters, work every documented channel. A posting is easy to check, but the clerk's own record is the final word.

  1. Open the Warren Online Court Records search and locate the case by court type, case type, party name, year, or number.
  2. Follow the county Circuit Court page to the docket folders, then open the current PDF for the correct division and date. Traffic and General Sessions Criminal are separate.
  3. Call Circuit Court Clerk Cassidy L. Cantrell at 931-473-2373 with the court, case number, and date. Chancery questions go to Clerk and Master Myra Mara at 931-473-2364.
  4. Ask at the clerk counter at 111 South Court Square in McMinnville whether the file may be inspected. No public kiosk was confirmed, so ask before traveling.
  5. Make a specific Tennessee Public Records Act inspection or copy request by a channel the custodian accepts, such as phone, fax, mail, email, or in person.
  6. Use Tennessee Public Case History only for an appeal. It does not supply Warren trial settings.

Five Warren County Docket Streams

The folder split shapes any docket search. Look only in Circuit Civil and you will miss a General Sessions civil setting, and Traffic stands apart from General Sessions Criminal. The Circuit Civil docket folder is the official location for that stream's dated sheets.

Check those date-based sheets against the clerk's current record before relying on one. The separate Circuit Criminal docket folder holds that division's postings.

Reading a Court Setting

Read any setting row together with its page header. The header names the session, and the row carries the case details. A hearing label tells you what is scheduled, never what already happened.

DateThe scheduled date in the header or row; verify that the PDF is current.
TimeThe session time. Samples showed 8:30 a.m. for General Sessions and 9:30 a.m. for Circuit Civil.
CourtroomNo room field was confirmed in every sample. Ask the clerk where to report.
JudgeThe officer named on the sheet, including Ryan J. Moore or Larry B. Stanley, Jr. in samples.
Setting TypeObserved labels include Arraignment, Trial, Motion Hearing, Final Hearing, Child Support Hearing, and Civil Hearing.

You may also see a case number, caption, subtype, attorney data, and hearing notes. "Motion to Compel" identifies the matter set for hearing, but it does not show the motion was granted.

Warren County Sample Setting Headers

Three artifacts prove why a dated PDF beats a weekly pattern. The August 24, 2026 General Sessions Civil sheet named Judge Ryan J. Moore. Its session began at 8:30 a.m. The August 25, 2026 Circuit Civil sheet named Judge Larry B. Stanley, Jr. That session began at 9:30 a.m. On September 3, 2026, the Traffic Court Docket named Judge Moore again at 8:30 a.m. Treat these as examples, not promises for future dates. The General Sessions Civil folder holds the official calendar PDFs for that court.

Resets, Continuances, and Cancellations

The Warren County PDFs give no complete reset history. If an older notice and the newest file disagree, call the clerk. Ask for the current setting. Request any minute entry or order as well. A case missing from a later daily list was not necessarily dismissed. It may have been continued, reset, transferred, completed, restricted, or simply left off.

Search with the exact case number. General Sessions examples use forms like 89GS1-2026-CV-16145, while Circuit Civil looks like 89CC1-2022-CV-1583. A date question can grow into a need for the full filing sequence. If so, try the Warren County case search, then request the clerk record.

Warren County Traffic PDF Snapshot

The Traffic Court Docket is a handy date aid, nothing more. A sheet typically shows the court, judge, date and time, case number, parties, count, charge, classification, bond, attorney details, hearing type, and notes. What it lacks is the rest: a full filing history, payment ledger, disposition history, or certified-copy status. The Traffic Court Docket folder is the official home of those PDFs.

The sheet can confirm a scheduled appearance. The clerk file shows what happened next.

Warren County Juvenile Calendar Limits

Juvenile Court sits on Wednesday in Warren County. But those files are not ordinary calendar material. State law and court rules restrict access. If you have a legitimate claim to see a record, take the question straight to the Circuit Court Clerk. Be ready to explain how you relate to the case. Ask which rule governs and what proof the court wants. A row missing from the public Warren County court docket does not mean no juvenile proceeding exists. The schedule tells you a day of court, nothing more. It grants no right to names, captions, or case details. And if a private calendar ever comes your way, do not copy personal identifiers from it.

Calendar limit: A public daily docket is a scheduled snapshot and cannot establish a full case history or final result.

What To Do If You Miss a Setting

Missed a court date? Call the clerk fast. Give the office the exact court, your case number, and the date you missed. Then ask whether a minute entry, capias, new date, or order went on the docket. If a lawyer represents you, call that attorney too. Criminal and traffic fallout turns on the official court record, not on an online docket summary. Be precise about the session. Thursday in Warren County can hold both traffic and criminal business. Ask whether the answer is simply a new date. Or ask whether you must obtain an order. If the case sits in Chancery or a municipal court, call that office directly. Do not assume the Circuit Court Clerk can adjust or explain its calendar.

Missed a Setting? A missed appearance can have serious case-specific consequences, and only the court record confirms the next step.

Call the Warren County Circuit Court Clerk at 931-473-2373 or your attorney promptly and ask for the current status.

Consult a licensed attorney about a missed Warren County setting before acting on an old docket PDF.
